The Debarment Intern will provide targeted operational and administrative support to the sales channel with a specific focus on the debarment administrative process — a critical compliance function within the financial services industry governed by legislation including the Long-Term Insurance Act, FAIS, and FICA.

This role is ideal for a law or compliance graduate who wants to apply their academic knowledge in a live, fast-paced regulatory environment. Momentum Corporate is seeking a proactive and people-oriented graduate to join its Client Engagement team, based at Parc du Cap in Cape Town, with occasional travel to Johannesburg, Durban, Pretoria, and surrounds. The Client Engagement Activations Intern will support the Client Engagement Lead and Experiential Specialist in delivering seamless, high-quality client experiences across activations, wellness days, corporate events, and communications.

Your day-to-day will involve managing client invitee spreadsheets, distributing invitations, maintaining the client engagement evidence portfolio, coordinating logistics for activations, managing registration desks, supporting CPD applications for the Financial Planning Institute, and keeping both the client engagement calendar and central marketing calendar up to date. This role requires someone who is as comfortable behind a spreadsheet as they are front-facing at a client event.

Please note: A valid driver’s licence is required. Access to a personal vehicle is beneficial. Occasional evening and weekend work is expected during activations.
