The internship programme focuses on developing technical, analytical, and professional skills while allowing participants to contribute meaningfully to business operations. Internship opportunities are available in the following fields:
Engineer in Training: Applicants must hold a BEng or BSc qualification in Industrial Engineering. Interns will gain exposure to production processes, continuous improvement initiatives, operational efficiency, quality systems, and industrial engineering best practices within a manufacturing setting.
Graduate in Training (Human Resources): Applicants must hold a BCom, BA, or another relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field. Interns will gain experience in HR administration, recruitment support, employee relations, training coordination, and general human resources operations.
The internship duration is 24 months and is open to graduates who meet the minimum selection criteria. Only South African citizens will be considered. Applicants must be 18 years or older and must have completed their qualification at a recognised institution. A minimum academic average of 60% is required. Candidates must have no outstanding tuition fees and must be able to provide an official statement of results issued on the institution’s letterhead. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
Applicants will be required to submit the following documentation as part of the application process: an updated curriculum vitae, certified copies of their South African identity document, certified copies of qualifications, and an official academic record or statement of results. Incomplete applications may not be considered.
