Parliament of the Republic of South Africa invites applications for its Graduate Development Programme 2025, offering exceptional opportunities for recent graduates to gain valuable professional experience in a dynamic and prestigious institution. This programme is designed to provide graduates with comprehensive exposure to the operations of Parliament, enabling them to contribute meaningfully while developing skills that will enhance their future career prospects.

Applications are sought from candidates who hold relevant qualifications in various academic disciplines. Positions are available under specific IRC numbers, each linked to a field of study. For IRC7440, applicants must have a degree in Law, Public Administration or Political Science. IRC7441 is open to those with an Honours Degree in International Relations, Science and Technology, or Statistics and Data Analysis. IRC7442 requires a Degree in Library and Information Science (BLIS) or a Postgraduate Diploma in Library and Information Science (PGDipLIS). IRC7443 calls for a Bachelor’s Degree with a major in a South African official language. IRC7444 seeks graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Science, Commerce, Economics, or Business Informatics (Information Systems). IRC7445 requires a BTech in ICT with A+.

For IRC7446, the programme seeks candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcast Engineering, Television Production, Media Technology, Audio-Visual Communication, or a related field; a Bachelor’s Degree in Motion Graphics, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or related field; or a Bachelor’s Degree in Brand and Marketing or a related field. IRC7447 is available to applicants with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Behavioural Science, Business, or Commerce. IRC7448 is open to graduates with an LLB or an Honours Degree in Public Administration. IRC7449 requires an LLB qualification. IRC7450 calls for candidates with a BCom in Internal Audit or related studies, or a BSc/BCom in Informatics, Information Systems Audit, Computer Science, or Technology. IRC7451 is open to graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting. IRC7454 seeks applicants with an LLB. IRC7455 is intended for candidates with an Honours Degree in Political Science, Education/Training, or Development Studies. Finally, IRC7456 requires a Master’s Degree in Development Economics, Economics, Econometrics, Business Economics, Public Policy, Public Finance, or Accounting.
