Pepkor Lifestyle is offering an exciting opportunity to unemployed South African youth through its 2025 Graduate Programme. This initiative is aimed at equipping young graduates with practical work experience while building their career within one of South Africa’s largest retail and wholesale groups.

We are looking for vibrant and motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow professionally. This internship will provide exposure to a fast-paced, innovative business environment where you will gain hands-on experience in your field of study.

Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must hold a qualification in one of the following:

• Business Management / Business Administration
• Human Resource Management / Industrial Psychology
• BCom Financial Management
• BSc / BCom Software Engineering
• IT Project Administration / Project Management
• IT Information Systems / Business Information Technology

Candidates from both Higher Education Institutions (HET) and TVET Colleges are welcome to apply. TVET graduates will participate in an 18-month practical training programme.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be a South African citizen with a valid SA ID
• Must be unemployed
• Must be under the age of 32
• Must have a certified copy of ID, academic transcripts, and qualification (not older than 3 months)
• Must submit an updated CV
