What the Programme Offers

Our 24-month Graduate Training Programme is designed to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and professional engineering practice. You will:

• Gain exposure to consulting engineering services across multiple sectors

Focus Areas

Graduates will rotate through core technical and operational areas, including:

• Building Information Modelling (BIM) and digital engineering tools
• Engineering design and calculations for electrical and mechanical systems
• Regulatory compliance and adherence to international standards
• On-site supervision, implementation, and verification
• Project close-out, commissioning, and financial control

Requirements

We are seeking highly motivated candidates who hold:

• A BSc or BEng in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related disciplines)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A passion for learning and contributing to sustainable engineering solutions
