What You’ll Do
As our Process Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of operational excellence, working hands-on with production teams to eliminate waste, reduce losses, and enhance process stability. Your mission: achieve zero defects, zero waste, and zero losses through continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead quality improvement initiatives using World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodologies, focusing on Safety, Quality, Cost Deployment, and Customer Service
- Collaborate directly with line crews as their technical trainer and coach, guiding them in root cause analysis and implementing effective countermeasures
- Validate process improvements and establish optimized operating standards that support the transition to semi-autonomous teams
- Apply WCM pillar tools (Autonomous Maintenance, Professional Maintenance, Focused Improvement, Quality Control) to systematically eliminate losses
- Develop Technical and Quality Standards ensuring consistent process stability across production lines
- Manage engineering projects—from new equipment installations to process optimizations—that deliver measurable cost savings and efficiency gains
- Lead innovation implementation in the factory, introducing improvements that strengthen our competitive position
- Ensure compliance with process safety requirements, including combustible dust management and HAZOP protocols
What We’re Looking For
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree or BTech in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering
- Experience with HAZOPs and Safety Approval Systems
- Proven ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex manufacturing data
- Strong understanding of process design principles and statistical process control
Ideal Experience:
- Background in continuous processing within FMCG or manufacturing environments
- Hands-on experience with AM, PM, Quality, and Focused Improvement tools
- Track record of successfully delivering engineering projects
- Experience applying Managing Manufacturing Performance methodologies
