About the Program
This comprehensive 36-month learnership is designed to transform motivated individuals into skilled process operators within the steel manufacturing industry. The program combines structured outcome-based learning with practical on-the-job training, ensuring you develop both theoretical knowledge and real-world expertise. Throughout your learnership, you’ll be immersed in the complete steel manufacturing process, from raw materials to finished products.
Regular assessments and continuous progress monitoring will support your development every step of the way, ensuring you achieve the competencies required to excel in this vital industry.
What We Offer

Who We’re Looking For
We seek passionate young South Africans who share our commitment to safety and excellence. To qualify, you must have:
- A complete Grade 12 certificate with English (minimum 45%) and either Mathematics (minimum 40%) or Mathematics Literacy (minimum 50%)
- Be under 35 years of age (preference given to South African Youth)

- Willingness to commit to a 36-month training agreement
