Organisation: Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO)

The QCTO is a Council established under the Skills Development Act, responsible for standards generation and quality assurance for all occupational qualifications. We are looking for highly motivated, competent, and professional young South Africans to join our 2026 Internship Programme.
Available Positions
1. Internship: Finance (x1)
Assist with asset management clerical tasks — maintaining the asset register, administering disposals, and conducting stocktakes.
Required: National Diploma NQF Level 6 in Finance Management or Management Accounting
2. Internship: Legal Services (x1)
Provide administrative support to the Legal unit — SLA drafting, legal research on labour and administrative law, and drafting routine letters and affidavits under supervision.
Required: National Diploma NQF Level 6 in LLB
3. Internship: Human Resources (x1)
Support the HR unit with recruitment administration, onboarding, employee records, training coordination, and HR compliance.
Required: National Diploma NQF Level 6 in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or Labour Law
4. Internship: Supply Chain Management (x1)
Arrange travel logistics for staff, capture procurement requests, request quotations, and safeguard SCM documentation.
Required: National Diploma NQF Level 6 in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Public Management
5. Internship: Quality Assurance (x3)
Assist with accreditation applications, desktop reviews, monitoring visits, learner enrolment data, and compiling QA reports for TVET and CET institutions.
Required: National Diploma NQF Level 6 (any relevant field)
Who Can Apply
- Unemployed South African citizens aged 18 to 35
- In possession of a minimum National Diploma at NQF Level 6
- No work experience required
- Must not have participated in a previous internship programme
- Preference given to applicants residing in Gauteng Province
