About the Programme

The RCL FOODS Management Trainee Programme is a 4 to 5-year journey focused on developing authentic leadership and core business expertise. As a Management Trainee, you will be introduced to the working environment through real business projects, while benefiting from structured personal development and mentoring from experienced leaders.

The programme encourages innovation, responsibility, and a forward-thinking mindset, aiming to develop young professionals into future leaders. Trainees will rotate across various business units or provinces, and must therefore be willing to relocate.

Minimum Requirements

• South African citizenship
• Completed or final-year relevant degree in one of the listed disciplines
• Willingness to relocate across provinces during the programme
• Strong leadership potential, adaptability, and eagerness to learn
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
