Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be expected to:
- Provide first-line technical support to staff, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and respond to user inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of computers, printers, and software applications across the organisation.
- Support the maintenance and monitoring of Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN), including performance monitoring and security oversight.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of ICT assets, log support requests, and keep IT documentation up to date.
- Provide administrative support related to ICT functions, including assisting with user training, preparing documentation, and supporting audit and meeting preparations.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following minimum criteria to be considered:
- A Grade 12 certificate.
- A degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field.
- Candidates who hold A+, N+, and Security+ certifications will have a distinct advantage.
