Successful candidates will be placed within Sasol’s business units according to their qualifications and field of study, gaining hands-on experience, mentorship, and industry exposure.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a South African citizen
  • Be between the ages of 18 and 29
  • Be currently unemployed
  • Reside within Sasol’s local communities (Secunda, Sasolburg, Ekandustria) or Sasol Retail sites within a 50km radius
  • Hold a completed Bachelor’s degree in one of the specified fields
