Position Overview

The Science, Engineering and Technology Programme unit is seeking a dynamic and motivated graduate to join our team as an intern. This exceptional opportunity provides comprehensive exposure to the Science, Engineering and Technology Programme, offering hands-on experience in radioactive waste management, disposal technologies, and environmental safety protocols. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced professionals in a challenging yet rewarding environment that contributes to South Africa’s nuclear safety infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities

As a Science, Engineering and Technology Intern, you will be involved in various aspects of our operations, including technical research, project support, data analysis, laboratory work, field assessments, and documentation of waste management processes. You will gain valuable experience in regulatory compliance, safety protocols, and the practical application of scientific and engineering principles in the nuclear waste management sector.

Candidates must possess a National Diploma or Degree in one of the following fields:
