Your Role

As a Service Operations Coordinator Trainee, you’ll be the vital link between our customers, field service engineers, and internal teams. This hands-on position offers exceptional learning opportunities and real responsibility from day one. You’ll be planning service center activities, coordinating field operations, and ensuring our customers receive the outstanding service they expect from Alfa Laval.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Customer Excellence: Create exceptional customer experiences by coordinating service activities and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
  • Operational Planning: Manage daily work schedules for field service engineers, optimizing resources and balancing workloads according to expertise and priority
  • Quality Management: Oversee quality control processes, warranty claims, and technical reporting to maintain our high standards
  • Logistics Coordination: Support warehouse operations, tool management, and certification tracking to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improvement initiatives and help drive operational efficiency across the service center

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Industrial Engineering
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to prepare high-quality technical reports
