About the Role

As our ICT Intern, you will be embedded in our technology operations team, providing essential support to end-users across the organisation. From handling day-to-day IT queries to assisting with network and telephone management, you will gain hands-on experience across a broad range of ICT functions. This is a role for someone who is eager to learn, works well under pressure, and takes pride in getting things right.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will assist with monitoring and improving network performance, accessibility, and system reliability. You’ll support the implementation of risk-related ICT policies — including data backups, access controls, and disaster recovery procedures. You’ll also help with the acquisition of ICT equipment, monitoring of service provider agreements, and evaluating end-user support structures. Beyond the technical work, you’ll play a role in communication and stakeholder engagement — coordinating forums, responding to queries, and communicating audit findings and recommendations to relevant departments.
