What You’ll Do

As a Software Support Intern, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and technical assistance. Your responsibilities will include:

  • First-Level Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for Zoho Suite users, addressing both technical issues and administrative inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Multi-Channel Communication: Manage a high volume of support requests through various channels including phone calls, emails, and live chat, ensuring prompt and effective responses.
  • Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Research, diagnose, and resolve customer queries by applying your technical knowledge and creative thinking to deliver practical solutions.
  • Escalation Management: Identify complex issues requiring specialized attention and escalate them to senior support staff while maintaining clear documentation and communication throughout the resolution process.
  • Customer Experience Enhancement: Proactively identify customer needs and provide tailored assistance that improves their overall experience with our software solutions.

What We’re Looking For

Requirements

Location: You must be based in Somerset West or the surrounding area, as regular attendance at our Somerset West office is required. This position is only open to local candidates.

Schedule: Full-time, 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday
