This isn’t an internship spent observing from the sidelines. From day one, you’ll be a contributing member of project teams, working alongside our consultants to solve strategic problems for Africa’s leading organisations. You’ll help clients navigate growth, digital transformation, and competitive repositioning in an increasingly AI-powered world.

Your Experience

Over two intensive weeks at our Midrand office, you’ll immerse yourself in the full consulting lifecycle. You’ll join cross-functional teams addressing live client challenges, taking ownership of your own workstreams and applying structured problem-solving to complex, ambiguous situations. Through workshops, case studies, and hands-on project work, you’ll develop consulting fundamentals including hypothesis-driven thinking, analytical frameworks, and executive communication.

You’ll explore how AI, data analytics, and emerging technologies are reshaping industries, and you’ll contribute insights that inform client recommendations. Direct engagement with senior leaders and clients will sharpen your ability to communicate with impact and build solutions that deliver both immediate results and long-term value.

Throughout the programme, dedicated mentors will provide coaching and feedback, accelerating your professional development and giving you genuine insight into life as a strategy consultant.

Who Should Apply

We’re seeking final-year students completing their degrees in 2026, maintaining a 65%+ average, and available for the full two-week programme. Preferred disciplines include Commerce (Economics, Finance, Information Systems, Business Information Technology), Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial), Computer Science, and related postgraduate qualifications.

Beyond academic excellence, we value structured thinking, strong communication, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to create clarity from complexity. We’re looking for collaborative problem-solvers who demonstrate initiative, sound judgment, and a genuine desire to drive impact.
