Job Overview

Eskom is seeking two skilled System Analysts (IT Support Services) to join our Application Operations team. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing application system and user support, ensuring efficient IT operations in alignment with Eskom’s IT service model. Minimum Requirements

Qualification(s):

  • National Diploma in Information Technology/Systems (NQF Level 6) with 240 credits

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in information technology

  • Good understanding of Eskom’s IT strategic goals and priorities

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide user support for logged incidents and service requests
  • Develop and implement IT solutions for system issues
  • Conduct system testing and troubleshooting
  • Perform system changes and enhancements as needed
  • Maintain process documentation and conduct regular reviews
