About the Programme

The FLDP is more than just a graduate programme. It is a fast-tracked leadership development path that integrates on-the-job experience, mentorship, learning modules, and strategic business exposure. You will rotate across different business units and locations, gaining valuable insights and contributing to real-world projects that impact the business and its consumers.

We are looking for recent Chemical Engineering graduates who are passionate about building a career in the FMCG industry. If you are curious, collaborative, and eager to lead, this programme is your gateway to growth and leadership at Tiger Brands.

Minimum Requirements

• BSc/BEng Degree in Chemical Engineering
• A minimum academic average of 65%
• Must be a South African citizen
• Must have completed studies at a recognized tertiary institution in South Africa
• Not more than 12 months of full-time work experience in your field (excluding internships and workplace experience)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
• Strong leadership and teamwork potential
• Willingness to relocate across South Africa during the programme
• Valid driver’s license
• Must attach the following documents at application: CV, ID copy, Matric Certificate, Academic Transcripts
