Role Overview
The Tool Service Centre Technician will be responsible for conducting high-quality repairs on a range of Hilti power tools, ensuring efficiency in quality, speed, and cost. The role involves root cause analysis, problem-solving, and working closely with the TSC Team Leader and Master Technician to enhance the overall repair process.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting repairs and maintenance on Hilti power tools, including grinders, rotary hammers, vacuum cleaners, and measuring tools.
- Performing root cause analysis and proposing solutions for tool defects.
- Ensuring cost-effective and timely repairs to meet service standards.
- Collaborating with the TSC Team Leader and Master Technician for ongoing development.
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through quality service.

Candidate Requirements
