About Us: 
Toyota Boshoku South Africa (TBSA) is a proud member of the global Toyota Group, dedicated to fostering innovation and excellence. We invite dynamic, unemployed graduates to join our 24-month Graduate Development Programme (GDP) in Durban, Kwa-Zulu Natal. Gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and the skills to thrive in a competitive industry. 

Programme Details: 
– Duration: 24 months of structured on-the-job training and mentorship. 
– Location: Kwa-Zulu Natal (Durban). 

Fields of Study: 
  – Engineering: Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Computer, or Mechatronic. 
  – Accounting/Financial Management. 
  – Human Resources: Bachelor of Arts (BA) or LLB. 

Requirements: 
– South African citizen. 
– Completed a relevant qualification in one of the above fields. 
– Not currently or previously enrolled in any Graduate Development Programme.
– Average pass mark of 65% or higher (advantageous)

Documents Required: 
– Updated CV (PDF format). 
– Certified copies of: 
  – ID document. 
  – Qualification certificate. 
  – Most recent academic transcript. 

Key Competencies:
– Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). 
– Strong work ethic and professionalism. 
– Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
