Trans-Caledon Tunnel Authority (TCTA) is proud to invite unemployed South African graduates from previously disadvantaged backgrounds to apply for its 2025-2027 Graduate Internship Programme. This structured two-year internship is designed to provide hands-on experience, professional exposure, and skill development in various critical fields.

TCTA, a state-owned entity with a mandate to finance and implement bulk raw water infrastructure, is committed to empowering young graduates to shape their future careers while contributing meaningfully to national development projects.

Available Internship Opportunities:

• Compliance Intern: LLB, B Com or equivalent
• Legal Intern: LLB or equivalent
• Risk Management Intern: B Degree in Risk Management
• IT Internal Audit Intern: B Degree in IT, IT Auditing, Computer Science, Computer Auditing
• Internal Audit Intern: B Degree in Commerce, Accounting
• Supply Chain Management Intern: B Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Purchasing
• Project Finance & Treasury Interns: B Com Economics in Financial Management, Investment, Commercial or related
• Finance Intern: BCom Accounting or any finance-related degree
• Engineering Interns: BSc / B Eng in Civil Engineering
• Lesotho Office Interns: BSc in Environmental Science, Water Science, Water Treatment, Chemistry, or related fields

Requirements:

• South African citizenship
• Must be a graduate from a previously disadvantaged background
• Must not have participated in an internship in the same field previously
• Possession of relevant qualification as listed per internship
• Willingness to commit to a full 24-month internship programme
