Are You Our Future DynamXer?

We’re seeking passionate, curious, and resilient graduates ready to make their mark. You should possess:

• A completed Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent tertiary qualification) by the programme start date (2024) in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, HR/People, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Technology, Business Science).
• No more than 2 years of full-time formal work experience (excluding internships/vacation work) by the start date.
• Full citizenship and legal work authorization for South Africa.
• Willingness to be geographically mobile within South Africa during the programme.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and a knack for quickly mastering new systems.
• A collaborative spirit, courage to tackle challenges, resilience to bounce back, and a global mindset.
• An innovative drive and the determination to deliver results.
