The Graduate Programme
We are excited to invite applications for our 2026 Accelerated Graduate Programme (AGP). This initiative is designed for ambitious, talented, and motivated graduates who are eager to gain real-world industry exposure and build a strong foundation for long-term career growth.
Through structured rotations, on-the-job training, and mentoring, participants will:
- Apply academic knowledge to practical business operations.
- Support daily technical, operational, and administrative activities.
- Contribute to data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives.
- Participate in training and development interventions.
- Prepare progress reports and project updates.
This programme offers a unique opportunity to develop critical professional skills while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

We welcome applications from graduates with degrees in the following fields:
- Engineering: Agricultural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical
- Agriculture & Science: Horticulture, Agricultural Science, Plant Pathology, Plant Breeding, Biotechnology, Food Science
- Business & Support Functions: Supply Chain/Logistics, Finance, Communications, Health & Safety, Social Work
Minimum Requirements
- South African citizenship.
- Completed qualification in one of the listed disciplines.
- Not older than 35 years of age.
