Through this programme, graduates are placed with leading organisations across South Africa’s wind energy value chain, gaining hands-on, practical workplace exposure that prepares them to become the next generation of clean energy professionals. At the same time, participating host companies contribute directly to sector skills development and workforce readiness — making WIIP a win for graduates and industry alike.
