Contact Centre Trainee
Successful candidates will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring a positive client experience.
Autoglass Trainee
This opportunity is ideal for technically inclined individuals. Responsibilities include installing, repairing, and replacing automotive glass on various vehicles. Attention to detail, technical ability, and commitment to high-quality service are essential.
Customer Service Consultant (Fitment Centre)
Candidates will manage front desk operations at a Fitment Centre, providing professional operational support and business consultation to customers and staff. The role includes processing internal sales, ensuring compliance with company standards, and taking a leadership role when required.
Human Resources & Finance Trainee
Support the HR and Finance departments with administrative and operational responsibilities while gaining practical exposure in corporate business functions.
