What You’ll Be Doing

• Sourcing talent to match our clients’ needs across the healthcare sector
• Managing data entry, documentation, and internal database updates
• Maintaining accurate, confidential records
• Collaborating with team members across departments and global regions
• Supporting internal reporting and performance tracking
• Assisting with ad-hoc tasks as directed by management

Who Should Apply?

This programme is designed for motivated, enthusiastic individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Recently completed a certified diploma or degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance, Customer Service, Sales, Health Sciences, or a related field
• Employment Equity (EE) candidates will be prioritised
• Available to begin the programme in March 2026 and attend assessments in February 2026
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Please note: This is a fully onsite role based in Tygervalley, Cape Town. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available for this programme.
