Launch Your Career with a Global Technology Leader

Are you a recent graduate eager to build a strong foundation in business operations within the technology sector? Oracle is offering an exceptional 12-month internship opportunity designed to fast-track your professional development while gaining hands-on experience with one of the world’s leading cloud solutions providers.

About the Opportunity

This isn’t just an internship—it’s a comprehensive development program that will immerse you in the dynamic world of sales operations and business management. Working alongside our Sales Operations Manager, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing operational efficiency, maintaining data integrity, and supporting high-performing sales teams across commercial and public sector divisions.

You’ll be at the intersection of technology, data analytics, and strategic business operations, gaining exposure to cutting-edge cloud computing solutions while developing the critical skills employers value most: analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to drive results in fast-paced environments.

Your Key Responsibilities

As our Business Operations Intern, you’ll contribute meaningfully from day one. Your responsibilities will include monitoring sales pipeline health to ensure data accuracy and quality across our forecasting systems. You’ll extract and analyze weekly performance reports, identifying trends and insights that inform strategic decisions. Participating in sales meetings with both commercial and public sector teams, you’ll track deal progression and support quarterly planning initiatives.

Your role extends to collaborating directly with sales representatives and pre-sales teams during account planning sessions, where you’ll conduct customer financial research and document strategic discussions. You’ll also provide essential administrative support to the broader Business Operations team while gaining valuable customer-facing experience by attending meetings and managing follow-up actions.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking motivated graduates who hold a minimum B.Com degree in Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, IT, or Informatics. While academic excellence matters, we’re equally interested in your potential and passion for technology.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong numerical reasoning and analytical capabilities, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should be highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working independently to meet deadlines. A genuine curiosity about technology trends and cloud computing will set you apart, as will proficiency in MS Office applications—particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

What You’ll Gain

This program offers far more than typical internship experience. You’ll receive professional mentorship from industry experts, complete Oracle certifications to strengthen your credentials, and develop a robust professional network across sales and business leadership. The practical skills you’ll build—from data management to stakeholder engagement—will serve as a springboard for your long-term career success.
