What You Will Be Doing
As a Young Analyst, your responsibilities will span a broad range of analytical and operational functions, including:
- Assessing client needs and providing tailored solutions through engagement with both internal and external stakeholders
- Compiling, maintaining, and monitoring economic, industry, and financial data series through rigorous research
- Making investment recommendations using quantitative and qualitative analysis, identifying cause-and-effect relationships from complex data
- Evaluating fund and investment performance through regular financial reviews
- Developing and presenting business presentations and written reports to stakeholders at various levels of management
- Building collaborative working relationships to achieve shared work goals
- Developing proficiency in relevant software and analytical tools to deliver required outputs
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems, and policies, and supporting implementation of enhancements
- Staying current with legislation, regulatory changes, and industry developments that affect the role

Who Should Apply

Minimum Requirements:
- South African citizen
- Postgraduate qualification, or currently registered and completing a final year of a 4-year degree
- A minimum academic aggregate average of 70% across all years of study
- Between 0 and 2 years of working experience
