This immersive programme offers a structured, fast-paced learning environment across key business areas, including Engineering, Business Development, Finance, Human Resources, and ESG (Environmental, Social, & Governance). You will gain hands-on exposure to real projects, develop critical technical and soft skills, and play a vital role in supporting Pele’s strategic goals.

What the Programme Offers:

We are looking for graduates who have completed (or are in their final year of) a relevant degree in:

· Engineering: Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial.
· Finance/Commerce: BCom Accounting, Finance, or related.
· Human Sciences: Industrial Psychology, HR Management, or Labour Relations.
· Environmental/Sustainability: Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Sustainability, or Chemical Engineering.
· Business/General: Degrees in Finance, Economics, or Computer Science for our Business Development track.

Desired Skills & Attributes:

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
· Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in teams.
