We’re currently recruiting for two exciting tracks:
1. FCSD Parts Supply Program
Perfect for graduates passionate about logistics, supply chain management, and operational excellence. You’ll work within our Ford Customer Service Division, gaining hands-on experience in parts supply operations and learning how we keep our customers moving.
Required Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering
2. Finance Program
Ideal for finance graduates ready to develop their skills in a corporate environment. You’ll be exposed to various aspects of financial operations, reporting, and analysis within a leading multinational organization.
Required Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related discipline
What We’re Looking For
Eligibility Requirements:
- Successfully completed Bachelor’s Degree with an overall average of 65% or higher
- Age between 18-35 years
- South African citizen with valid ID
- Completed studies (current students will not be considered)

- Schedule: Full-time, Day shift
