About the Role

As a Business Operations Intern, you’ll work alongside our Sales Operations Manager, playing a vital role in streamlining operations, ensuring data integrity, and enhancing sales force productivity. This isn’t just administrative work – you’ll be at the heart of our sales operations, managing pipeline health, supporting forecasting accuracy, and contributing to strategic decision-making processes.

Your responsibilities will include monitoring sales pipeline data quality, consolidating weekly forecasts for commercial and public sector teams, and ensuring consistency across reporting structures. You’ll participate in high-level sales meetings, conduct customer financial research for account planning sessions, and collaborate with pre-sales teams to drive productivity improvements. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to complete Oracle certifications, expanding your technical knowledge and professional credentials.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates with a B.Com degree in Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, IT, Informatics, or related fields. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong numerical reasoning and analytical abilities, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should be highly organized, self-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting tight deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office applications – particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word – is essential. Beyond technical skills, we value candidates with genuine curiosity about technology trends and cloud computing, strong problem-solving capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
