About the Programme

This internship has been specifically designed for candidates living with a disability who hold a degree in a commercial or related field. The programme runs for 12 months and is structured to provide participants with practical exposure to the working world, equipping them with the skills and confidence to launch their careers.

The role follows a hybrid work model, requiring interns to be in the office three days per week, with two days working remotely — offering a flexible and balanced working arrangement.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this internship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• A completed degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or another relevant commercial field
• Must be living with a disability
• No prior internship experience required — recent graduates are encouraged to apply
