About the Role

As an Electrical Engineering Graduate, you will be embedded in an active working environment where no two days are the same. You will work closely with senior engineers and contribute to a variety of electrical projects, gaining exposure across multiple disciplines within the field.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting across operational facilities
• Supporting senior engineers on ongoing and new projects, contributing to planning and execution
• Conducting testing, inspections, and producing accurate reports on findings
• Ensuring full compliance with relevant safety standards and quality requirements at all times

This role is structured to develop your technical competence while building the professional habits and workplace skills that employers value most.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A BSc, BEng, or National Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognised South African institution
• Strong technical understanding and a demonstrated ability to approach problems analytically and find practical solutions
• A genuine eagerness to learn and grow within a hands-on, fast-paced engineering environment
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team
• A valid driver’s licence will be advantageous, though not a strict requirement

Remuneration
