Are you a recent graduate with a sharp analytical mind, a passion for quality, and the drive to make a real impact from day one? Schneider Electric, a global leader in energy management and automation, is offering a 12-month Graduate Associate opportunity within its Customer Satisfaction & Quality (CSQ) and Customer Care Centre (CCC) division in Gauteng. This is your chance to step into a dynamic, purpose-driven organisation and build the kind of foundation that launches exceptional careers.
About the Role
As a CSQ & CCC Graduate Associate, you will be immersed in the operational heartbeat of Schneider Electric’s customer experience and quality management functions. Over the course of 12 months, you will gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end customer experience processes, quality frameworks, and continuous improvement methodologies — all while being mentored and coached by experienced leaders in the field.
This is not a passive, observation-only role. You will be expected to contribute meaningfully, engage confidently with stakeholders across the business, and demonstrate the learning agility and work ethic that will position you for critical future roles within the organisation.
What You Will Be Doing
In this development role, you will support CCC and CSQ operational activities and build your understanding of how world-class customer experience is delivered at scale. Your responsibilities will include assisting with Non-Conformance Report (NCR) management, tracking corrective actions, and engaging relevant stakeholders to drive issue resolution. You will collaborate across Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to support service quality improvements and ensure documentation accuracy and process discipline. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives — including data analysis, root cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective actions — while learning and applying quality tools and systems used across Schneider Electric globally.
What You Will Bring
Schneider Electric is looking for candidates who have recently completed or are in their final year of a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field. Technical qualifications are particularly welcome, including Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics), Quality, Operations, or Manufacturing-related disciplines, as well as Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business with a technical focus. No prior work experience is required — what matters most is your attitude, curiosity, and genuine desire to grow.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail and process discipline, the ability to work across functions and teams, an analytical approach to problem-solving, and the adaptability to be shaped into a future critical resource for the business.
What Is in It for You
Beyond a 12-month contract in one of the world’s most respected engineering and energy organisations, this role offers structured coaching and mentorship, exposure to quality systems with real business impact, and the opportunity to build a career within a company that genuinely invests in its people. Schneider Electric’s IMPACT values — Inclusion, Mastery, Purpose, Action, Curiosity, and Teamwork — are not just words on a wall; they define how the business operates every single day.
If you are ready to turn ambition into action and begin building a meaningful career, do not wait.
