About the Programme

This Work Integrated Learning Programme is designed specifically for students who have completed all theoretical modules at their institution and now require practical, workplace-based training in order to qualify and graduate. The programme will run for a duration of 18 months, providing participants with substantial, structured exposure to engineering operations within a leading industrial environment.

This is not a short-term internship — it is a dedicated training placement that equips students with the practical skills, professional discipline, and technical knowledge needed to thrive in the engineering sector after graduation.

Fields of Study

Applications are open to students currently enrolled in the following disciplines:

  • Electrical Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Industrial Engineering

If your field of study falls within any of the above categories and you are in need of P1 or P2 placement to complete your qualification, this programme is designed for you.

What You Will Need to Apply

  • Certified copies of your Academic Transcript(s)
  • A Work Integrated Learning Letter from your institution confirming your placement requirement
