About the Role

The Project Management Intern will join the System Integration team, supporting the planning and delivery of complex technology integration projects. This is an ideal entry point for a recent graduate seeking real-world exposure to project governance, stakeholder coordination, and end-to-end project lifecycle management within a structured, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers in the planning and execution of system integration projects
  • Assist with scheduling, milestone tracking, and maintaining up-to-date project plans
  • Coordinate across internal departments — including engineering, sales, finance, and operations — to ensure seamless project alignment
  • Prepare project documentation, status reports, and progress updates for stakeholders
  • Track and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies as required
  • Assist in managing project budgets, purchase orders, and invoicing processes
  • Support customer communication and ensure timely follow-ups throughout project delivery
  • Maintain accurate records within project management tools and systems
  • Participate in project meetings, capturing key decisions and action items
