About the Programme
This internship is specifically designed for graduates who have completed their theoretical studies at a TVET or FET College and now require practical workplace experience — such as P1/P2 or Work Integrated Learning (WIL) — to fulfil their qualification requirements. Over the course of 18 months, interns will be immersed in a real-world working environment, supported by structured learning frameworks and experienced mentors committed to their professional growth.

Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Completed a relevant FET/TVET College qualification in one of the disciplines listed above
- Require 18 months of practical workplace experience (P1/P2 or Work Integrated Learning)
- Currently unemployed
- South African citizen
- Aged between 18 and 35 years (where applicable to your programme)
- Strong willingness to learn and grow within a professional workplace environment
Skills & Competencies
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and committed to completing the full 18-month programme
