About the Role

As a Manufacturing Intern, you will support production operations, drive process improvement initiatives, and contribute to quality control within a fast-paced industrial environment. This is not a passive, desk-bound internship — you will be expected to roll up your sleeves, engage with real engineering challenges, and deliver measurable results. Reckitt is looking for five (5) interns to join the programme, giving you the added advantage of building a cohort of like-minded peers from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing innovative solutions aimed at improving manufacturing processes
  • Identifying, prioritising, and eliminating process losses on the production floor
  • Building process capability and implementing robust controls
  • Defining equipment standards and leading process benchmarking activities
  • Building the technical capability to troubleshoot process challenges and drive continuous improvement

Who Should Apply

Reckitt is looking for recent graduates who hold a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering — Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related field — obtained from 2024 onwards. You should have a strong command of English (written and spoken), some hands-on experience in a mechanical or electrical process environment, and a leadership mindset that allows you to prioritise and act autonomously. Above all, you must be ambitious, agile, creative, and ready to commit to the full duration of the programme.
