About the Role

This is a structured internship of 12 to 18 months, embedded within HPE’s Business Improvement team. You will be working in a fast-paced engineering and manufacturing environment where your analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities will be put to real use — not parked in a corner filing documents. The BI team drives process optimisation and operational improvements across the business, meaning you will gain exposure to meaningful, high-impact projects from day one.

A background in Industrial Engineering is specifically advantageous for this role, given the nature of the work the BI team handles. HPE is not looking for someone to shadow — they are looking for someone ready to contribute.

What You Will Be Doing

As part of the Business Improvement team, you will support and participate in initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, identifying process gaps, and implementing practical solutions across the business. You will work alongside experienced engineers in a technical environment that bridges engineering principles with real-world manufacturing and supply chain challenges.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this internship, you must meet the following criteria:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering
• Minimum academic average of 65%
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to start immediately — the role is available as early as next week
