About the Programme

This is a W&R SETA funded Work Integrated Learning experience designed to give graduates structured, hands-on workplace exposure across multiple functions within the business. The programme runs for 12 months for degree and diploma holders, and 18 months for TVET College graduates completing their practical component.

Graduates will be embedded within professional teams, assigned meaningful responsibilities, and supported by experienced leaders who are committed to their development. This is not a passive placement — you will be expected to contribute, learn fast, and grow.

Qualifying Fields of Study

Applications are invited from graduates holding qualifications in:

• Business Management / Business Administration
• Human Resource Management / Industrial Psychology
• Bachelor of Laws / BCom Law / BCom Risk Management
• BCom Financial Management
• BSc / BCom Software Engineering
• Logistics and Supply Chain Management (N6)
• IT Project Administration / Project Management
• IT Information Systems / Business Information Technology (N6)
• TVET College graduates from accredited HET institutions

What You Will Do

Successful candidates will be placed within relevant business units where they will:

• Participate in onboarding and induction programmes across various company functions
• Execute tasks under the guidance of experienced senior employees
• Conduct research and document trends, innovations, and best practices within their area of placement
• Gain hands-on store and operational exposure through site visits
• Prepare and deliver presentations as part of their performance evaluation
• Support business objectives through additional responsibilities as required

Who Should Apply

To be considered, you must be:

• A South African citizen in possession of a valid SA ID
• Unemployed at the time of application
• Under the age of 32
• A graduate from an accredited university or tertiary institution
