About the Programme
This is not a passive observer role. As an HP Graduate, you will be embedded in a high-performing commercial team that drives the sales of HP’s full portfolio — Printing, Personal Systems, Services, and Solutions — across South and Central Africa. From day one, you will be a contributing member of the team, supporting customers and channel partners in unlocking the full value of HP’s technology ecosystem.
The programme spans one year and is structured to accelerate both your professional and personal growth. You will build a personalised development plan, sharpen your leadership and sales skills through formal training, and benefit from on-the-job stretch assignments that push your capabilities. Coaching and feedback sessions with world-class IT leaders add another dimension to an already rich learning environment.

Who HP Is Looking For
To be considered, you should hold a university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a closely related field — obtained within the last 12 months. Beyond your academic credentials, HP values graduates who bring genuine curiosity, a passion for technology, and the drive to grow.
You should be self-motivated, creative, and proactive, with the interpersonal skills to build strong relationships across diverse teams and client environments. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities are essential, as is proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Important: The programme commences on 1 October 2026. There is no flexibility on this joining date, so please factor this into your application.
