Available Streams
ENPC is recruiting for two streams, with one position available in each:
- Finance Graduate in Training (GIT – Finance)
- Operations Graduate in Training (GIT – Operations)
Minimum Requirements
To be considered, candidates must hold an undergraduate qualification aligned to the relevant stream:
Finance Stream:
BCom or BBusSci in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or an equivalent qualification.
Operations Stream:
BEng or BSc Engineering in Industrial, Petroleum, Chemical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
In addition to formal qualifications, ENPC is looking for graduates who demonstrate:
- A strong academic record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- A proactive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn and grow
