Working closely with the Engineering Manager and discipline leaders, trainees will receive valuable exposure to project execution, engineering processes, and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

As an Engineer in Training, your duties will include:

• Assisting with project planning, coordination, and management activities.
• Supporting the development of technical specifications and engineering documentation.
• Conducting data analysis to support engineering decisions and project outcomes.
• Participating in technical design and engineering improvement initiatives.
• Assisting with reporting, record-keeping, and administrative functions related to engineering projects.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Contributing to process optimization and operational efficiency improvements.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant engineering standards, safety requirements, and company procedures.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

Applicants must possess a:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Or a related engineering qualification

Experience

• No formal work experience is required.
• Vacation work, practical training, or internship experience gained during studies will be advantageous.
