What You Bring (Requirements & Experience):

· Qualifications: A relevant completed tertiary qualification (Degree or Diploma) in one of the fields listed above.
· Experience: NO prior work experience is required. We are looking for raw talent and a hunger to learn.
· Timekeeping: Punctuality and respect for schedules are non-negotiable in a mining environment.
· Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills to collaborate effectively with teams and management.
· Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build rapport, work cohesively in diverse teams, and respect safety protocols.
