About the Programme

Key Responsibilities

As a Graduate Intern, you will be expected to:

• Provide support to engineering and technical teams on active projects
• Conduct research and gather technical data to inform engineering decisions
• Assist with project planning, implementation, and reporting processes
• Participate in site visits, inspections, and commissioning activities
• Support troubleshooting and technical problem-solving efforts
• Compile and maintain engineering documentation and technical reports
• Assist with operational and maintenance activities as required
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
• Provide general administrative support within the engineering department
• Adhere to all company safety, quality, and operational standards
• Travel to customer sites and project locations across the region when required

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• BSc or BEng Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
• A certification or short course in Project Management will be advantageous
• Valid South African driver’s licence
• Valid South African passport
• Willingness to travel within Sub-Saharan Africa
• Strong technical aptitude with a genuine eagerness to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Remuneration
