This is not just an internship — it is a structured, paid programme that places you at the heart of one of South Africa’s leading digital businesses. Whether your background is in computer science, business, or commercial law, there is a stream built for you.

About the Programme

The programme runs for 12 months and is based across Gauteng and the Western Cape. Interns receive a market-related top-tier monthly stipend for the duration of the placement. Five distinct programme streams are available, each targeting a specific discipline:

• Data & AI – for graduates in BSc Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or Software Engineering
• Cloud – for graduates in BSc Computer Science, Cloud Computing, or Information Technology (IT)
• Software Engineering – for graduates in BSc Computer Science or Software Engineering
• Retail Operations – for graduates with a BBA, BCom in Business Management, Retail Operations, or a Diploma/BTech
• Sales & Commercial – for graduates with a BCom in Sales, Marketing, or Accounting, or an LLB (Commercial/Contracting)

Who Can Apply?

To be considered, you must meet the following criteria:

• South African citizen (EE candidates only)
• Between 18 and 34 years of age
• Hold an NQF Level 6 or 7 qualification (graduate or postgraduate)
• Currently unemployed and not previously placed in an internship or graduate programme
• Possess strong communication skills in English
• Demonstrate basic computer literacy, including MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Be prepared to submit certified academic transcripts with your application
