Who Should Apply?

What You Will Do

As an intern within the Protection Services function, you will:

  • Engage fully in a structured developmental exposure programme with clearly defined objectives and milestones
  • Complete all phases of the programme within the specified timeframe
  • Assist team members in the implementation of key initiatives and programmes
  • Capture and report on information accurately and timeously
  • Adhere to all Sibanye-Stillwater policies, standards, and safety procedures
  • Escalate queries and concerns through the appropriate channels to ensure programme success

You will work in a professional, structured environment supported by experienced mentors committed to your growth.

What You Need

  • Completed National Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
  • South African citizenship
  • Age between 18 and 35 years
  • Medical fitness for the specific business area
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Clear communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
  • A strong willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute
