Qualifying Degrees

Applications are open to graduates from the following disciplines:

Actuarial Science, Business Management, Computer Science, Data Science / Decision Science, Economics, Finance, Financial Risk Management, Human Resources, Information Systems, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Statistics, and Quantitative Management.

Conditions of Employment

To qualify for the Capitec Graduate Programme 2027, you must:

• Hold a minimum B-degree (NQF Level 7) or equivalent, obtained within the last three years — or be currently completing a relevant qualification
• Have achieved a minimum overall academic average of 60%
• Be able to provide proof of your completed qualification by no later than 15 January 2027
• Have less than two years of work experience in a corporate or formal work environment
• Be a South African citizen with a valid 13-digit SA ID number
• Have a clear credit and criminal record
• Be open to relocating to Stellenbosch (Western Cape), Century City (Western Cape), or Sandton (Gauteng), depending on the placement
