East Coast Radio, a leading broadcaster under the Kagiso Media Group, is seeking a motivated and technically skilled individual to join their team as an IT and Broadcast Technology Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven IT or Electrical Engineering graduate who is passionate about technology, broadcasting, and delivering reliable technical support in a fast-paced media environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT and broadcast technology systems, both within the office and at outside productions, while contributing creative and innovative thinking to technical problem-solving.

Key Accountabilities

• Maintaining IT and Broadcast Technology systems.
• Providing IT and technical support to staff at the office.
• Providing IT and technical support to staff at outside productions.
• Attending to technical administration duties as required.

Qualifications and Competencies

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
• A National Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Determination and proactivity to learn, perform quality work, and continuously develop yourself.
• An ability to think creatively and approach challenges differently.
