What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing administrative and operational support within your assigned business area
- Assisting with projects, research, reporting, and documentation
- Taking part in training and development initiatives
- Building professional relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Supporting broader business objectives through high-quality work
- Helping to shape a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll need a completed bachelor’s degree in one of the following:
- Risk and Safety Management
- Financial Accounting
- BCom Law
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
- Human Resources Management
- Industrial Psychology
- Human Resource Development or a related HR qualification
You’ll also need to:
- Be under 35 years of age
- Have no more than one year of formal work experience
- Be confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English, both written and verbal
- Bring strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Be eager to learn and grow within a professional services environment
